Shipping policy

  • Once your order is received, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.  
  • Generally allow 5-10 business days for USPS' delivery process to occur once items are delivered to the US Post Office. Blue Line Skin Care is not responsible for their delivery process once your package has been delivered to USPS or the carrier of your choice. Please note, your items will be well packaged to ensure safe arrival to its destination. ***We take pictures of all packaged items prior to its shipment to the USPS to ensure great quality on our behalf.  Blue Line Skin Care, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or lost packages once delivered to the USPS.
  • All orders will be shipped by USPS unless you specify a different carrier during your checkout experience. You will then receive a tracking number sent to the provided email. Note***If your address is within the Central Florida area, you will receive your package by Blue Line Skin Care local delivery service.
  • For orders not delivered (per the tracking number stating items not delivered), you will receive a notice via email. Please contact your locate post office for further assistance regarding re-shipment.
  • Please note, the consistency of your product will differ from the images on our website due to climate differences and handling during its shipping process. Your understanding to this fact is greatly appreciated.
  • In addition, if you purchase any items the contain our butters please ***be sure to place your items in a cool environment to re-solidify its contents.
  • Once your order leave our facility, per your tracking notice, we are not responsible for its transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
