Blue Line Skin Care was founded by an active First Responder (Deputy Sheriff) who knows first-hand the danger of being exposed to extreme heat, direct sunlight, as well as harsh pollutants of the atmosphere during an 8-12 hour shift.

Q. What time will my items be shipped?

A. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays) to process your order and 5-10 business days (excluding holidays) for USPS delivery process. Please double check your shipping address to ensure arrival of your package.

Q. Do you have a return/refund policy?

A. Due to the intimacy of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any items purchased on our website. All orders are a final sale. We do not offer refunds. Your order will be well package to prevent damage to your purchased items.

Q. Where do your products come from?

A. Our beauty sets are purchased from a wholesale manufacturing company. All other products on our website are handcrafted with your skin care in mind and are made to order to ensure freshness upon delivery.

Q. What are the delivery charges?

A. Delivery charges are dependent upon your shipment & location. You can see shipment fee at your checkout phase before making your payment..

Q. Do you have the products in stock?

A. Yes.

Q. Why does my shipping cost so much?

A. Unfortunately, we do not have control of the shipping fees. The fees are directly from the shipping carriers. However we do offer Free Shipping once your cart reaches $40.00 (before tax & shipping) as a token of our appreciation.

Q. Do you have a security measure in place for customers making purchases.

A. Yes. Our website is secured with SSL certificate. This means the information you input is encrypted and it will be unavailable for third parties.

Q. Can I track my order?

A. Yes. You will receive your tracking number as soon as your package is delivered to the USPS. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure the arrival of your package.

Q. Do you ship to locations outside of the USA?

A. At this time we do not ship to any locations outside of the USA. This may change in the future pending the outcome of the pandemic.

Q. How will you ensure my body butters make it to me safely?

A. Please understand that during the warmer times of the years and due to handling during the shipping process, this will change the consistency of your body butters. This unfortunately we have no control over, however, we will take extra precaution to pack your items well before delivering them to the USPS. Upon arrival, please place your butter items in a cooler place to re-solidify its contents.
